Happy Wednesday!
I haven’t done one of these in a while, since I’ve been in a huge slump and not reading much. But I’m reading again, finally and thought I’d bring WWW Wednesday back!
This tag/meme is hosted on Taking on a World of Words. It’s a super simple meme, you just answered the three W questions.
The Three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
Recently Finished:
The Beauty of Darkness by Mary E Pearson
I reread the whole of The Remnant Chronicles, it was such a great reread. Definitely helped my slump, even if I did take forever to read it.
Currently Reading:
Pride by Ibi Zoboi
My current audiobook!
It’s a modern, Black Pride & Prejudice retelling!
I’m not too far into this year but I’m interested to see this take on P&P.
*In Case You Missed It by Lindsey Kelk
The first on my NetGalley backlog.
I have just started this, so don’t really have an opinion yet. I have found it amusing and I like the tone of the story so far. Hopefully, this will be a great read!
Reading Next:
I have tons of NetGalley ARCs to catch up on so I will be trying to get through those & my physical arcs. I have so many I’m super late on! Life got so chaotic and I’ve been in a slump practically all year 😦
Potential Netgalley reads:
The Raven and The Dove by Katilyn Davis
The Love Square by Laura Jane Williams
Emergency Contact by Mary H. K. Choi
Other books I want to get to:
Sorcery of Thorns by Margaret Rogerson
An Enchantment of Ravens by Margaret Rogerson
We’ll have to check out Pride.

I enjoyed Pride. I think it’s a bit different from P&P given that they’re children but I still appreciated this take on it.
